What time is the December new moon where I am?
20:55 UTC in Universal Time, which is one instant everywhere. New York runs five hours behind it, Madrid one or two ahead, Buenos Aires three; if it falls close to midnight your local date sits a day either side of 2 December 2032.
When is the next new moon after this one?
1 January 2033, in Capricorn. New moons repeat every 29 or 30 days, and the table above lists all of them for 2032.
What should I do on the December 2032 new moon?
Start one thing and keep it small enough to survive the week. The usual practice is to write one to three intentions within a day of 20:55 UTC and take a first step inside forty-eight hours, with Sagittarius setting the tone. Endings belong to the full moon a fortnight later.
