Data categories we collect:

  Account data: Name, email address, when you register or sign in via Google or email/password.

  Birth chart data (when you use our tools): Name, birth date, birth time, birth location (city/country). Used only to generate your natal chart and share link.

  ChatGPT/GPT integration: When you use our app in ChatGPT, we receive: (a) birth data (name, date, time, location, optional latitude/longitude) for charts; (b) horoscope queries (zodiac sign, period, topic where applicable, optionally birth year for Chinese zodiac); (c) for our Tarot MCP tools (daily card and three-card spreads), optional free-text questions, draw/step flags, and parameters needed to return cards and links to the corresponding reading on our site — not used to build a marketing profile. Tarot MCP handlers do not persist readings in our database; optional full interpretation on the website is covered under the same categories when you open a saved reading link there. We use all of the above only to deliver the requested content. Tool responses may include: natal chart positions and coordinates, a publicly accessible share link and URL to view or analyze the chart on our site, horoscope text and related fields, and tarot card data plus site URLs for full interactive readings.

  Usage data: How you interact with our services (e.g., horoscopes viewed, psychological tests taken).

  Cookies & similar tech: To enhance experience and improve our service, including where you manage preferences through our cookie consent banner.

  Analytics: Aggregated or pseudonymous usage and performance data via Google Analytics (or similar tools) where enabled, to understand how the service is used. You may limit non-essential cookies where our banner offers that choice.

We and our service providers may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by our processors). By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations.

Recipients: We do not sell your data.

  OpenAI/ChatGPT: When you use our app in ChatGPT, your birth data and requests are processed by our servers. OpenAI may receive tool inputs/outputs and related conversation context as part of the ChatGPT integration; OpenAI's privacy and usage rules apply to its products separately from this policy.

  Service providers: Hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe) where applicable, and analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) where enabled.

  Legal: When required by law or valid legal process.

We retain your data until you delete your account or request deletion. Birth chart data is stored to provide share links and history. Account data is retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion at any time.

We employ measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, and misuse. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Our services are not directed at children under 16 (or the age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us at support@pyxl.ai and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice as appropriate (for example, via the site or email). Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, except where prohibited by law.
