• •If you install or open our app from the ChatGPT app experience, OpenAI may process app-related metadata and conversation context under its own policies. We are responsible for our service and MCP tools as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. profile information, inputs to charts or tests). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the services you request, including generating charts, share links, and saved history according to your settings. You represent that you have the rights to provide such content and that it does not violate applicable law or third-party rights. Our name, branding, software, and site design remain our property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Astro Scope and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us for the services in the twelve months before the claim or fifty dollars (USD), except where mandatory law prohibits such limitations.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
