Compatibility test: questions

How does this compatibility test work?

Enter two birth dates. The test finds each person's Sun sign from the Sun's position, their Chinese zodiac animal from the date of Chinese New Year, and their tarot birth card from the digits of the date. It shows the three pairings side by side, each with a link to the full reading.

Which compatibility test is the most accurate?

Each measures something different. Sun signs describe temperament, the Chinese zodiac the year you were born into, and tarot birth cards a numerological theme. A synastry chart compares two full birth charts and goes furthest, but it needs birth times and places. None of these tests has scientific evidence behind it.

Can I check compatibility with birth dates only?

Yes. Zodiac signs, the Chinese zodiac, tarot birth cards and the destiny matrix all work from dates. Only synastry needs the time and place of birth.

Why do the three results differ?

Each system reads a different part of the date: the month and day for the Sun sign, the year for the Chinese animal, the sum of all the digits for the tarot card. A pair can be an excellent match in one system and a harder one in another, and together they show more sides of the same relationship.

Is the compatibility test free?

Yes. The test and the zodiac, Chinese zodiac, tarot and destiny matrix calculators are free and need no account. An account is only needed to save results or to get a full reading.

What does a synastry chart add?

Synastry compares the planets of two birth charts with each other: Venus with Mars, the Moon with the Sun and so on. It shows attraction and friction that Sun signs alone miss, and it needs each person's birth time and place.
