How the couple's matrix is counted
- 1
Two personal matrices
Each birth date gives its own chart: the day, the month and the year, and every other point from them.
- 2
Position by position
Every number of one chart is added to the same number of the other: centre to centre, love point to love point.
- 3
Back to 1–22
A sum above 22 becomes the sum of its digits, so 11 + 18 = 29 turns into 11.
- 4
Reading the couple's chart
The purpose, the centre, the love and money points, the sky and earth lines and the family lines describe the union itself, not either of you.
Frequently asked questions
How is Destiny Matrix compatibility calculated?
Each partner gets a personal matrix from their birth date. Then every position is added to the same position of the other chart and brought back to 1–22 by adding the digits: centre plus centre, love point plus love point. The result is the couple's own matrix, and this page shows the sum behind every number.
What does the couple's matrix show?
The purpose of the couple, its centre or comfort zone, the love point under the heart and the money point, the sky and earth lines, and how the lines of the two families meet. Each of them is one of the 22 arcana, with its card and meaning.
Is matrix compatibility free?
Yes. The couple's chart, every number with its card and sum, and the eight sections are free and need no account. The written reading of the couple is part of Premium.
Does it work for friends or business partners?
Yes. The count is the same for any two people. For friends or colleagues, read the love point as closeness and trust, and the money point as the work you share.
Is a number good or bad for a couple?
No number is good or bad on its own. Each of the 22 arcana has a strong side and a shadow side; the couple's matrix shows which energy the union works with and where it asks for attention.
Do we need our birth times?
No. The matrix uses only the two birth dates, so the time and place of birth change nothing.
