You feel the rhythm of the workplace shifting quietly, like a new filter being applied to an old template. The day invites you to revisit the shared file that keeps looping through approvals. In the morning light, a small adjustment could streamline the whole cycle and reduce the repetitive effort that has gone unnoticed for months.
Focus on the recurring form that records hours. It clogs the approval workflow and repeats the same data entry each cycle. Adjust the template by merging duplicate fields, so the process moves faster. A single tweak to the form will cut steps and cut frustration for everyone who must fill it out.
People: Ask the colleague who updates the shared document to help re‑design the layout. Bring in the person who records the hours, and invite the manager who signs off on the approvals. Together, they can test the new form and ensure it meets the needs of every user while keeping the process transparent.
Defer: Do not redesign the entire approval chain or add new software today. Those changes would deepen the current workaround and require a full audit. Save that for the next review cycle, when you can gather data on how the new form performs and then decide whether a broader overhaul is needed.
The waxing crescent invites you to plant a seed of inquiry, encouraging gentle exploration without demanding immediate answers.

Action: Take a short walk outside to clear the mind.
Potential: It could spark fresh ideas that lead to a new project.
