Monthly · October 2026
Oct 23 - Nov 21 • Water Sign
You find yourself preparing a project handover as autumn settles. Your mind feels sharp, yet the weight of unfinished details lingers. A colleague’s memory of the previous transfer hints at gaps you might unknowingly leave behind. This month, your focus should shift to clarity and anticipation, not just completion.
Concentrate on the unseen threads that tie your work together. Document the reasoning behind each decision, the constraints that guided you, and the problems that arose during earlier attempts. When the new hands take over, they’ll rebuild from this narrative, not just the finished product.
Invite the person who will assume responsibility to review the documentation. Offer a brief walkthrough, emphasizing the quiet signals that guided your choices. Encourage them to ask questions about the original context, especially the motives that led to last time’s hiccup.
Hold off on deep strategic discussions until after the handover. Let the new team absorb the core tasks first, then revisit broader goals. Reserve conversations about future initiatives for when they’ve settled into their new routines.
The Waning Gibbous encourages reflection and releasing what no longer serves you, especially in personal goals.
"I trust my insights and act with clarity."
