Weekly · October 12 – 18
Nov 22 - Dec 21 • Fire Sign
Your career path this week feels like a loose manuscript waiting for your final edits. The brief you hold carries layers of intent that people may miss without your guidance. You notice gaps where context fades, and you sense that a simple note could save time and prevent confusion. The energy of the new moon urges clarity in handover.
Focus on the handover packet you draft. Highlight the purpose behind each decision, the reason the previous version failed, and the exact steps the next person must take. Include a clear title for each section, and note the person who asked for this change. A concise narrative helps the reader reconstruct the project without asking you for details.
People who receive the brief are likely the project lead and a junior colleague. Offer them a quick walkthrough in the evening, when attention peaks. Email them a summary, and attach a diagram of the workflow. Ask the lead to confirm the timeline and the junior to note any uncertainties. This shared understanding prevents missteps and keeps momentum steady.
Defer detailed risk analysis until the next check‑in. The new moon’s subtle light suggests holding off on deep dives that could distract from the immediate transfer. Save the comprehensive cost review for when the project’s scope stabilizes. Keep a brief note of potential blockers, but let the team surface them during their regular sync.
The New Moon invites you to plant fresh concepts, letting curiosity lead your next steps.
"I move forward with clear intention."

The Sagittarius weekly horoscope provides personalized astrological predictions for love, career, health, money, and overall well-being based on current planetary transits and their influence on the Sagittarius zodiac sign (November 22 - December 21).
It reads the day's transits for Sagittarius at work: where the focus belongs, which people matter today, and what is better deferred.

Today and tomorrow are written a day ahead, the weekly on Monday, the monthly on the first, and each year page once for its year.
