What time is the February new moon where I am?
12:03 UTC in Universal Time, which is one instant everywhere. New York runs five hours behind it, Madrid one or two ahead, Buenos Aires three; if it falls close to midnight your local date sits a day either side of 17 February 2026.
When is the next new moon after this one?
19 March 2026, in Pisces. New moons repeat every 29 or 30 days, and the table above lists all of them for 2026.
What should I do on the February 2026 new moon?
Start one thing and keep it small enough to survive the week. The usual practice is to write one to three intentions within a day of 12:03 UTC and take a first step inside forty-eight hours, with Aquarius setting the tone. Endings belong to the full moon a fortnight later.
